Our work has a lasting impact on the individuals we engage, reaching beyond their immediate sphere of influence through behavioural change. We are our people and through our people we engage, excite, encourage and share our enthusiasm.

We deliver the EX factor. Each facilitator has at least 15 years experience of corporate life at Director level. Among us you'll find ex-Managing Directors, ex-Sales Directors, ex-Creative Directors, ex-Business Owners, ex Marketing Directors and some active chair people.

Our background is in doing - not just training or consulting. Whilst we may not take ourselves too seriously, we are extremely serious about our work and the role we play in our client's business.
